You, the user, agree that you will:

- not post derogatory, racially offensive, or explicit material anywhere on the Site

- honor a user's request to cease communications with you

- recognize the authority of moderators and administrators and abide by all requests made by these parties

- not harass a user through PM or any other system

- use correct grammar and capitalization on all areas of the Spirit, this site, and will refrain from using chatspeak

- abide by the Rules

- No Swearing! members who are caught swearing will be Banned

- treat all users with respect on all areas of Spirit, this site.

You, the user, agree that you will:

- type all responses submitted to the Spirit Forums in a coherent manner.

- will not use chatspeak or ignore grammar and capitalization rules

- review all stickied threads in the "Help" forum prior to posting a question in said forum

- not excessively advertise other websites or outside services

- not post spam or multiple threads for the same purpose

- respect all users and staff and their opinions

- not initiate or participate in any flame-baiting or harassment of another user

- conduct yourself in a mature fashion

- not provide your phone number, home address, or real name on the forums

- accept all responsibility for any actions taken against your e-mail or IM program name should you choose to post it

- abide by all moderators' requests and orders

- not use profanity AT ALL.

- not post, link to, or exhibit pornography, racist or derogatory material, cult creation, or any other materials forbidden by any United states Laws.

- not bump your topic within twenty-four hours of your last bump unless it is off the first page of the forum section it is in

Spamming

Do not post any short, useless posts on any of the money gaining forums; alternately do not copy and paste any material you have not written onto any money gaining forums. If you feel like spamming then go post on all the games in the games forum, but make sure to do it Properly. In a forum this will usually be members trying to gain Scales by posting useless and unnecessary things. Don't do it. Also, do not spam a user's profile or PMs with chain mail or pyramid schemes.

Cheating, Scamming, and Glitches

Neither of these are allowed, and will result in permanent banning. This includes using auto-buyers, auto-refreshers, or any other suchlike programs to play Spirit. Any user who presents Spirit administration with concrete information regarding the use of programs by other user(s) and which leads the Felis administration to take action against said users will be rewarded in the amount of 5 customs. Scamming is also not allowed, anyone who has been scammed is to report to Spirit administration so that we may take immediate action. All glitches or bugs that allow a user to unlawfully gain scales, antler, Pets and items must be reported directly to the administration through Pm'ing Spirit and not listed in the forums. Posting a glitch in the forums will result in temporary ban, the length of which will be determined by the gravity of the glitch. Posting a glitch or bug that does not allow unlawful gain is permitted, and should be posted in the Bugs section of the forums.
